Pourtant, il existe plusieurs formes de vitamine D, dont deux sont particuli\u00e8rement importantes pour la sant\u00e9 humaine : la vitamine D2 et la vitamine D3. Comprendre leurs diff\u00e9rences, leurs sources et leur m\u00e9tabolisme est indispensable pour optimiser leur apport et leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/p><hr data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"736\" \/><h2 data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"769\">Vitamine D2 (Ergocalcif\u00e9rol)<\/h2><ul data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1641\"><li data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"963\"><p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"963\"><strong data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"786\">Origine :<\/strong> La vitamine D2 est d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Elle est produite naturellement par les plantes, champignons et certaines levures lorsqu\u2019ils sont expos\u00e9s aux rayons ultraviolets (UV).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1168\"><p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1168\"><strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"992\">Sources alimentaires :<\/strong> On la retrouve dans les champignons expos\u00e9s aux UV, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales enrichies, les levures, et certains compl\u00e9ments alimentaires adapt\u00e9s aux r\u00e9gimes v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ou v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1425\"><p data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1425\"><strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1189\">Assimilation :<\/strong> Bien qu\u2019elle soit efficace, la vitamine D2 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins bien assimil\u00e9e par l\u2019organisme que la vitamine D3. En cons\u00e9quence, pour obtenir des effets comparables \u00e0 ceux de la D3, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019en augmenter la dose.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1641\"><p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1641\"><strong data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1445\">Utilisation :<\/strong> La vitamine D2 est utilis\u00e9e dans certains compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, notamment pour les personnes qui ne consomment pas de produits d\u2019origine animale, comme les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ou v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens stricts.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1646\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1680\">Vitamine D3 (Chol\u00e9calcif\u00e9rol)<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"2520\"><li data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"2002\"><p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"2002\"><strong data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1697\">Origine :<\/strong> La vitamine D3 est principalement d\u2019origine animale. Elle se trouve dans les poissons gras (saumon, maquereau, sardines), le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le foie, et les produits laitiers enrichis. Ce processus comprend deux \u00e9tapes principales :<\/p><ul data-start=\"3578\" data-end=\"4028\"><li data-start=\"3578\" data-end=\"3764\"><p data-start=\"3580\" data-end=\"3764\"><strong data-start=\"3580\" data-end=\"3597\">Dans le foie,<\/strong> la vitamine D est transform\u00e9e en calcidiol (25-hydroxyvitamine D), la forme circulante principale que l\u2019on mesure dans le sang pour \u00e9valuer le statut en vitamine D.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3765\" data-end=\"4028\"><p data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"4028\"><strong data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"3786\">Dans les reins,<\/strong> le calcidiol est converti en calcitriol (1,25-dihydroxyvitamine D), la forme active qui agit sur les cellules de l\u2019organisme pour r\u00e9guler l\u2019absorption du calcium, la fonction musculaire, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, et d\u2019autres fonctions vitales.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4030\" data-end=\"4033\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4035\" data-end=\"4090\">Vitamine D dans l\u2019alimentation et exposition solaire<\/h2><h3 data-start=\"4092\" data-end=\"4116\">Apports alimentaires<\/h3><p data-start=\"4118\" data-end=\"4231\">La vitamine D pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019alimentation est limit\u00e9e en quantit\u00e9. Les principales sources alimentaires sont :<\/p><ul data-start=\"4232\" data-end=\"4516\"><li data-start=\"4232\" data-end=\"4291\"><p data-start=\"4234\" data-end=\"4291\">Les poissons gras (saumon, maquereau, sardines, hareng)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4292\" data-end=\"4310\"><p data-start=\"4294\" data-end=\"4310\">Le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4311\" data-end=\"4322\"><p data-start=\"4313\" data-end=\"4322\">Le foie<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4405\"><p data-start=\"4325\" data-end=\"4405\">Certains champignons expos\u00e9s aux rayons UV (qui contiennent de la vitamine D2)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4406\" data-end=\"4457\"><p data-start=\"4408\" data-end=\"4457\">Les produits laitiers enrichis (lait, fromages)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4458\" data-end=\"4516\"><p data-start=\"4460\" data-end=\"4516\">Certains compl\u00e9ments alimentaires enrichis en vitamine D<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4518\" data-end=\"4659\">Cependant, il est difficile d\u2019obtenir un apport suffisant uniquement par l\u2019alimentation, ce qui explique l\u2019importance de la synth\u00e8se cutan\u00e9e.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"4661\" data-end=\"4716\">Synth\u00e8se cutan\u00e9e et influence de la couleur de peau<\/h3><p data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4910\">La principale source de vitamine D reste la synth\u00e8se dans la peau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019exposition aux rayons UVB du soleil. Cette production varie selon plusieurs facteurs, dont la couleur de la peau :<\/p><ul data-start=\"4912\" data-end=\"5370\"><li data-start=\"4912\" data-end=\"5104\"><p data-start=\"4914\" data-end=\"5104\"><strong data-start=\"4914\" data-end=\"4931\">Peau claire :<\/strong> n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une exposition d\u2019environ 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, 2 \u00e0 3 fois par semaine sur le visage, les bras et les mains, en p\u00e9riode d\u2019ensoleillement (printemps-\u00e9t\u00e9).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5105\" data-end=\"5370\"><p data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5370\"><strong data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5124\">Peau fonc\u00e9e :<\/strong> la m\u00e9lanine pigmentaire agit comme un \u00e9cran naturel r\u00e9duisant la production de vitamine D. Il faut donc un temps d\u2019exposition plus long, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 \u00e0 6 fois plus long que pour une peau claire, pour produire la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de vitamine D.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5372\" data-end=\"5653\">D\u2019autres facteurs influencent \u00e9galement la synth\u00e8se cutan\u00e9e : la latitude g\u00e9ographique, la saison (plus faible en hiver), l\u2019heure de la journ\u00e9e, la couverture vestimentaire, l\u2019usage de cr\u00e8me solaire, et l\u2019\u00e2ge (la capacit\u00e9 de la peau \u00e0 synth\u00e9tiser la vitamine D diminue avec l\u2019\u00e2ge).<\/p><hr data-start=\"5655\" data-end=\"5658\" \/><h2 data-start=\"5660\" data-end=\"5711\">Quand et comment se suppl\u00e9menter en vitamine D ?<\/h2><h3 data-start=\"5713\" data-end=\"5749\">Indications \u00e0 la suppl\u00e9mentation<\/h3><p data-start=\"5751\" data-end=\"5825\">La suppl\u00e9mentation en vitamine D est recommand\u00e9e dans les cas suivants :<\/p><ul data-start=\"5826\" data-end=\"6253\"><li data-start=\"5826\" data-end=\"5911\"><p data-start=\"5828\" data-end=\"5911\">En cas de carence av\u00e9r\u00e9e, confirm\u00e9e par un dosage sanguin (25-hydroxyvitamine D).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5912\" data-end=\"6153\"><p data-start=\"5914\" data-end=\"6153\">Chez les personnes \u00e0 risque de carence : seniors, femmes enceintes ou allaitantes, enfants, personnes \u00e0 la peau fonc\u00e9e vivant dans des r\u00e9gions peu ensoleill\u00e9es, v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens, ou personnes peu expos\u00e9es au soleil (mode de vie en int\u00e9rieur).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6154\" data-end=\"6253\"><p data-start=\"6156\" data-end=\"6253\">En pr\u00e9vention, notamment en hiver, lors de p\u00e9riodes de croissance, de grossesse ou d\u2019allaitement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"6255\" data-end=\"6278\">Forme \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier<\/h3><ul data-start=\"6280\" data-end=\"6507\"><li data-start=\"6280\" data-end=\"6388\"><p data-start=\"6282\" data-end=\"6388\">La vitamine D3 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la forme privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e en raison de sa meilleure absorption et efficacit\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6389\" data-end=\"6507\"><p data-start=\"6391\" data-end=\"6507\">Pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens stricts, la vitamine D2 ou la vitamine D3 d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (extrait de lichens) est utilis\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"6509\" data-end=\"6544\">Posologie et modalit\u00e9s de prise<\/h3><ul data-start=\"6546\" data-end=\"6840\"><li data-start=\"6546\" data-end=\"6713\"><p data-start=\"6548\" data-end=\"6713\">La suppl\u00e9mentation quotidienne ou hebdomadaire \u00e0 faible dose est recommand\u00e9e plut\u00f4t que des prises massives ponctuelles, pour une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6714\" data-end=\"6840\"><p data-start=\"6716\" data-end=\"6840\">Les doses doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, au mode de vie, \u00e0 l\u2019exposition solaire, au r\u00e9gime alimentaire et au statut sanguin.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"6842\" data-end=\"6857\">Pr\u00e9cautions<\/h3><ul data-start=\"6859\" data-end=\"7251\"><li data-start=\"6859\" data-end=\"6929\"><p data-start=\"6861\" data-end=\"6929\">Ne jamais d\u00e9buter une suppl\u00e9mentation prolong\u00e9e sans avis m\u00e9dical.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6930\" data-end=\"7014\"><p data-start=\"6932\" data-end=\"7014\">Un n\u00e9cessite souvent des doses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7572\" data-end=\"7675\"><p data-start=\"7574\" data-end=\"7675\">La synth\u00e8se cutan\u00e9e de vitamine D d\u00e9pend de la couleur de la peau et du temps d\u2019exposition solaire.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7676\" data-end=\"7786\"><p data-start=\"7678\" data-end=\"7786\">L\u2019apport alimentaire en vitamine D est limit\u00e9, ce qui rend souvent n\u00e9cessaire une suppl\u00e9mentation adapt\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7787\" data-end=\"7883\"><p data-start=\"7789\" data-end=\"7883\">La suppl\u00e9mentation doit toujours \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9e et encadr\u00e9e par un professionnel de sant\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"7885\" data-end=\"7888\" \/><h2 Sans vitamine D suffisante, m\u00eame un apport \u00e9lev\u00e9 en calcium ne sera pas efficacement utilis\u00e9.
