L\u2019objectif est de recueillir, d\u2019ici 2027, <strong>100\u202f000 \u00e9chantillons f\u00e9caux<\/strong> accompagn\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es nutritionnelles et cliniques, afin de mieux comprendre la diversit\u00e9 des microbiotes intestinaux en France et les facteurs qui les influencent.<br>\r\nCe projet collaboratif associe des institutions publiques (INRAE, AP-HP, Inserm, AgroParisTech) et des partenaires priv\u00e9s, et s\u2019inscrit dans le concept \u00ab\u202fOne Health\u202f\u00bb, promouvant une approche globale de la sant\u00e9.<br>\r\nApr\u00e8s une phase pilote r\u00e9ussie en 2022 (plus de 10\u202f000 demandes en 10 jours pour 3\u202f000 \u00e9chantillons attendus), le projet est d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n<strong>Le French Gut<\/strong> poursuit trois axes scientifiques principaux\u202f:\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Cartographier le microbiote intestinal des Fran\u00e7ais\u202f;<\/li>\r\n  <li>Mod\u00e9liser et pr\u00e9voir les changements du microbiote associ\u00e9s aux maladies chroniques (diab\u00e8te, ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, cancer, maladies inflammatoires, troubles neurod\u00e9veloppementaux et neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs)\u202f;<\/li>\r\n  <li>D\u00e9crire les variations du microbiote en lien avec la sant\u00e9 et les maladies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nL\u2019objectif est de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles connaissances pour d\u00e9velopper une <strong>nutrition pr\u00e9ventive personnalis\u00e9e<\/strong> et ouvrir la voie \u00e0 des diagnostics et th\u00e9rapies innovantes, notamment pour lutter contre les maladies chroniques en forte augmentation.
