Ce calcul est faux. <strong data-start=\"3906\" data-end=\"3960\">La dette de sommeil ne se rembourse pas r\u00e9ellement<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3963\" data-end=\"4003\">Chaque heure de sommeil manqu\u00e9e alt\u00e8re :<\/p><ul data-start=\"4004\" data-end=\"4189\"><li data-start=\"4004\" data-end=\"4048\"><p data-start=\"4006\" data-end=\"4048\">L\u2019attention, la m\u00e9moire, la concentration.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4049\" data-end=\"4089\"><p data-start=\"4051\" data-end=\"4089\">L\u2019immunit\u00e9 et les d\u00e9fenses naturelles.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4090\" data-end=\"4144\"><p data-start=\"4092\" data-end=\"4144\">La stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle et la tol\u00e9rance au stress.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4145\" data-end=\"4189\"><p data-start=\"4147\" data-end=\"4189\">Le fonctionnement hormonal et m\u00e9tabolique.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><blockquote data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4289\"><p data-start=\"4193\" data-end=\"4289\">Une nuit blanche r\u00e9duit les r\u00e9flexes <strong data-start=\"4230\" data-end=\"4289\">autant qu\u2019une alcool\u00e9mie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la limite l\u00e9gale.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><hr data-start=\"4291\" data-end=\"4294\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4296\" data-end=\"4357\">\ud83c\udf19 R\u00e9concilier plaisir et sommeil : une question de dosage<\/h2><p data-start=\"4359\" data-end=\"4459\">Il ne s\u2019agit pas de tout interdire, ni de vivre comme un moine.
