Intestins encombr\u00e9s : le ventre gonfle de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2564\">Une mauvaise alimentation pauvre en fibres ou trop transform\u00e9e entra\u00eene stagnation des d\u00e9chets, fermentation, gaz et putr\u00e9faction, augmentant m\u00e9caniquement la taille des visc\u00e8res et donc du ventre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2682\">Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre perturbe la digestion et favorise l\u2019inflammation, contribuant \u00e0 l\u2019accumulation de graisse visc\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2687\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2736\">5.
