data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"424\">la majorit\u00e9 des sucres que nous consommons sont\u2026 cach\u00e9s<\/strong> !<br data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"429\" \/>Ils se nichent dans des aliments que nous consid\u00e9rons souvent comme \u00ab sains \u00bb : plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, sauces sal\u00e9es, produits laitiers, pains industriels, et m\u00eame certains produits \u201cdi\u00e9t\u00e9tiques\u201d.<\/p><p data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"796\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/27a1.svg\" alt=\"\u27a1\ufe0f\" \/> <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"713\">Les aliments ultra-transform\u00e9s sont aujourd\u2019hui la principale source de sucres ajout\u00e9s<\/strong>, bien plus que le sucre que l&rsquo;on ajoute volontairement \u00e0 son caf\u00e9 ou \u00e0 son yaourt.<\/p><hr data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"801\" \/><h2 data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"836\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f9d1-200d-2695-fe0f.svg\" alt=\"\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\u2695\ufe0f\" \/> Mon constat de praticien<\/h2><p data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"1069\">En tant qu\u2019<strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"895\">ost\u00e9opathe, naturopathe et phytoth\u00e9rapeute<\/strong>, je vois chaque jour les effets n\u00e9fastes de ces sucres cach\u00e9s sur la sant\u00e9 de mes patients : inflammation chronique, troubles digestifs, fatigue persistante, prise de poids\u2026<\/p><p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1216\">Il est temps d\u2019apprendre <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1129\">o\u00f9 se cache vraiment le sucre<\/strong>, et <strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1216\">comment retrouver une alimentation plus data-end=\"1396\"><p data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1396\">Diab\u00e8te de type 2<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1413\"><p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1413\">Hypertension<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1444\"><p data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1444\">Maladies cardiovasculaires<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1566\">Troubles cognitifs et neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs (via l\u2019inflammation chronique)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1664\">Et tout cela peut commencer <strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1613\">d\u00e8s l\u2019enfance<\/strong>, en instaurant des habitudes durables\u2026 et nocives.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1669\" \/><h2 alt=\"\ud83d\udd2c\" \/> Ce que dit la science<\/h2><p data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1751\">Une \u00e9tude parue dans le <em data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1729\">BMJ<\/em> (2016) a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"2015\"><li data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1829\"><p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1829\"><strong data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1782\">90 % des sucres ajout\u00e9s<\/strong> proviennent d\u2019aliments <strong data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1827\">ultra-transform\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1937\"><p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1937\">Ces produits contiennent en moyenne <strong data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1885\">21 % de sucre<\/strong>, contre 2 \u00e0 4 % dans les produits peu transform\u00e9s<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"2015\"><p data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2015\"><strong data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2015\">+5 % de consommation d\u2019AUT = +1 % de sucres ajout\u00e9s dans l\u2019alimentation<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2038\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f4cd.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udccd\" \/> Et en France ?<\/h3><p data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2130\">L\u2019<strong data-start=\"2042\" data-end=\"2051\">Anses<\/strong> (2024) a analys\u00e9 plus de <strong data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2109\">54 000 produits alimentaires<\/strong> entre 2008 et 2020 :<\/p><ul data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2313\"><li data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2208\"><p data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2208\"><strong data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2142\">77 %<\/strong> contiennent un ingr\u00e9dient sucrant, m\u00eame dans des produits sal\u00e9s<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2313\"><p data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2313\">Le <strong data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2228\">saccharose<\/strong> (sucre blanc) est l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient le plus fr\u00e9quent : pr\u00e9sent dans <strong data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2300\">58 %<\/strong> des produits<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2318\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2368\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f9ea.svg\" alt=\"\ud83e\uddea\" \/> Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un aliment ultra-transform\u00e9 ?<\/h2><p data-start=\"2370\"
